The Beast (Highwaymen)

The Beast is a tale of sorrow. A creature, torn from its home in the brackish waters of Tingley's home, Bleakwater Bay. Bound and experimented on by Tingley's technology and the Warlocks' magic, The Beast is forced to terrorize the kingdom of Sheepsbottom in order to instill a sense of unrest that Tingley can capitalize on. If someone were able to get close enough to this abused creature, perhaps they could show that there's still a light to be found, and that it's not to be feared.
