Lord Tingley, "The Wolf". He's the king's head of security. Cunning. Vile. Villainous. Murderous. Lord Tingley is full of grievances, and feels as though he's been slighted and kept from his rightful riches. He's power-mad and doesn't care about anyone but himself. Working carefully behind the scenes in his nigh-inhospitable backwater, he's lead an industrial revolution in order to harness the rampant lightning for his nefarious purposes. With the help of The Warlocks and his enslaved Beast, Tingley's ready to make his next move.
